I realised when I was looking through this last night that there was a distinct lack of pictures of my eldest son. I don't know why this would be - I adore him and he makes me laugh every day. I guess if anything I feel guilty sometimes that James hasn't had nearly as much of my attention as Joe did which is why I am trying to take some more pictures of him.

Anyway - here is Joe. He is a clever - too clever for me, funny, attention seeking, happy little boy. Sometimes I get a bit choked when I think that if it hadn't been for one doctor who had a hunch we would have lost him at 3 months. I wonder if Dr "Ken" realises how often I think about him and thank God that he was on duty that night!

He is super cute for sure and he does indeed look very much like you but in a boyish way of course !

Is that a playground or a prison ? because it looks awfully secure with all that fencing :) !!!

Oh I have lots more pictures of Ol than Ad,mainly because he's such a poser, wonder where he gets that from, certainly not me. Nothing at all to do with preference of one over the other.

Oh and since I'm writing you an essay here I think you need to remove Joes and put your own slideshow up there :)

We love Dr Ken too, to say mothing of the lovely surgeon who also followed his gut reaction, whose name I can't remember (Was it Lander?) I agree with Ruth, your blog is mostly about the boys and having big Joe's slideshow is ridiculous. You're not in Joe's shadow now. You're doing what scrapbookers so ofen do, including me, but if your blog is going to be a kind of diary of your life it needs to have you in it!
