O.k. so after about 18 months I am reviving my Blog because I need to make my weight loss official. I have to lose 2 stone. This is not going to be a piece of cake. I am uncomfortably fat!
I don't see how this is going to work if you don't go public on your start weight! And how have you progressed in the last 6 days! Anyway, good luck, but don't get grumpy.
